When you schedule work with A1 Autoglass, you enter into a contract with A1 Autoglass. If your insurer or fleet operator fails to pay the invoice for any reason, you are responsible for the full payment. If you are arranging work for someone else, ensure you have written authorization from that person. If you cannot provide this, we will proceed based on your instruction and hold you responsible for all payments.
Full payment or any applicable excess is required for all work before the vehicle is released. Customers with approved credit limits must pay in full within the agreed credit terms. Goods remain the property of A1 Autoglass until full payment is received. If credit has not been approved, payment is required upon delivery.
As part of our quality control and training procedures, we monitor some incoming calls to ensure we meet your requirements.
The workmanship guarantee is non-transferable if you sell the vehicle. Third parties have no rights to claim under the terms of the guarantee, either before or after the vehicle is sold.
We will record and retain personal data to perform work, issue invoices, and for direct marketing of our services. We may access personal data held by your insurer or fleet operator to perform work for you.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
