Privacy policy

A1 Autoglass is based in Campbelltown NSW. We collect only what we need to quote and carry out auto glass work. If you want to ask about this, call us.

Quote form

The quote form collects your name, phone, email, vehicle, the service you need, the place we should attend, your comments, and any photos you attach. We send this to Tradify as an enquiry. The office then turns it into a job, quote or invoice. Photos are stored with that enquiry.

Your browser address may include a Google click ID or campaign tag. If it does, we store it with the enquiry. This tells us which ad led to the job. We do not sell the form contents.

Google measurement

The site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads. These set cookies so we can see page views, button clicks such as phone and quote, and a lead event when a form is sent. Google may receive the page address, a client identifier, and the fact that a lead was created. Form conversions can include a transaction ID. This stops the same lead being counted twice. We do not sell this information.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. The quote form still works if you do.

Calls

We listen to some incoming calls, for training and to check the quality of the service.

How long we keep it

We keep job and invoice records for as long as we need them. We need them to do the work, meet tax obligations and honour the workmanship guarantee. We only contact you about our own services.

Access

To ask what we hold about you, or to correct it, call us. Insurer and fleet jobs may also involve those organisations. They have their own privacy notices.
